Gainey Ranch

Turning this production built model into a “downsized,” custom home was the goal of this Gainey Ranch remodel. A metal trellis, energy efficient windows, marble tile cladding, and metal garage doors upgraded the home’s exterior. We moved rooms to make the spaces more functional and added custom finishes. Patina’d metal panel fireplace, curved wood stairs with metal handrails, marble countertops, and a copper stove hood elevate the home to a luxurious, custom escape.
