Rooted in respect for the existing structure and landscape, the remodel brings a thoughtful renewal, inside and out, carrying the home forward with a distinctly modern appeal.

Maintaining the flagstone floors, our design team brought back stone that had gone out of style. Fireplace stone remained, enhanced by Venetian plaster shaped in sleek angles. Some flagstone gave way to wood panels, creating contrast and warmth. Lighting was fully replaced to illuminate each space.

A new pool patio rises at the midpoint between existing terraces. Exterior stone received a refresh and flagstone caps. Exterior walls shifted from darker neutrals to white. Flagstone was recut into square patterns for a modern edge.

The original honey-toned wood was refreshed throughout, lending a modern softness that echoed the client’s vision. Ceilings were reimagined with clean, contemporary finishes, while back-clad windows introduced rich black-stained wood for contrast and depth.
